No one needs to limit
life because of a phobia.
There is a
2-Hour Phobia Relief Process that eliminates
irrational fears of situations or objects such as those listed below:
- HEIGHTS
- BRIDGES
- SNAKES
- PUBLIC PLACES
- SPIDERS
- MICE
- FLYING
- ELEVATORS
- INJECTIONS
- DENTISTS
PHOBIAS HAVE FAR REACHING IMPACT
Most folks consider phobias to be isolated fears that may put some
limits on life, but, outside of the specific situation involved, have
little impact on emotional well being. However, more professionals now
understand that the existence of any
irrational fear makes the world seem a more hostile place. The
fear/anxiety associated with spiders keeps the body's systems
at an unnecessarily heightened alert status guarding against the
possibility of a "spider encounter." These fears reduce self-esteem and
self-confidence.
We have
observed many
people as they use an energy
therapy to
eliminate life long phobias. The most common reaction has been a deep
profound sense of peace and accomplishment. During treatment the body's
progress in giving up the phobic tension can be seen by watching
shoulders move back to a more relaxed position and facial muscles
become relaxed.
A Dan Story:
Often,
after the phobic
fear is treated, folks forget they were ever
afraid. Several years ago during a workshop, I shared with people
sitting near me that I specialized in trauma relief and phobia
elimination. The woman on my right said she was terrified of
spiders and she was able to trace the fear back to when she was about 5
years old. During the workshop lunch break, she was taught to use
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and was able to successfully treat
herself for fear of spiders. I happened to see her at another
workshop about 3 months later and asked how she was doing with spiders.
Her response was, "What do you mean?" After reminding her of the
treatment we did at the previous workshop, she said, "I forgot about
that. But, you know, all spring when I have seen a spider inside I have
killed it myself without even thinking about it. I could never do
that before. So that tapping does work." It seems that for
some the lack of fear becomes so natural that memories of having had
the fear recede far into the background.
