What Folks Are Saying

Dan's workshops can lead to healing life long issues.

Bill Maloney
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Wilmington, DE

I attended one of Dan's classes at the School of Social Work at the University of Maryland. He taught us how to use TAT and then asked for volunteers to demonstrate the technique for any phobia or fear we may have been experiencing. Knowing that I break into sweats when climbing on ladders and at times I become so nervous I put myself at great risk when doing home improvement projects. I raised my hand with great trepidation.

Dan respectfully asked each of the five volunteers about our fears and then led us through some simple exercises to break the pattern of the fear's grip on each of us. I felt remarkably warmer and at ease during the exercise and began to notice a pleasant relaxation spread throughout my body. Needless to say, there were no leaf filled gutters or screens that needed removed at the University that day, so I didn't get to test the results for some time. Fall came and I had to get up on a ladder to remove the window screens from the second story windows of my home. Without thinking, I started up the ladder and handled the screens in a comfortable manner. For the first time in years I wasn't sweating, swearing under my breath, and getting so tense that I couldn't stay on the ladder long enough to get the screen off safely. I was actually doing the job like a “normal” guy would do a weekend house project.

I can't say enough about Dan's work and teaching. He has been a big help to me and several friends I have sent his way. I believe in the TAT work that Dan teaches and have used it with my clients with good results. It is simple, easy to use, and as Dan would say, “Why not?”

Using the "dadada" Technique

Kathleen Gill
Maryland

When I walked into Dan's office, I could have given him a list of one hundred things “wrong” with my life.  I blamed my depression on current circumstances, thinking that I had recovered from the destructive patterns learned early in my family.  Dan, moved by the Holy Spirit, wisely discerned the root of my unhappiness- specific beliefs about myself that had been planted by my parents long ago, and that had been unconsciously nurtured by me.  Using the [dadada](Sorry!  I always called it that- you'll have to replace dadada with the technical term!!)  technique, Dan was able to help me confront, shift, and change the long held beliefs about myself that were negative and shameful.   It has been several years since working with Dan, and my life is totally different- not necessarily the situations in life, but my perspective and countenance.  The Lord worked through Dan in a mighty way, and I will be forever grateful.  Kathleen Gill

(Dan's comment: “dadada” is referring to the CiTX process.)

Using the "dadada" Technique

"Learning EFT is a life-changing decision. I have been an alternative

healthcare consumer for eight years, since I became a mother. At first,

EFT seems too simple to work. But after many successes with EFT,

including lowering my husband's blood pressure by 16 points, resolving

painful grief around my brother's mental illness, and really getting

over the trauma of childhood abuse, I am continually amazed and pleased

with the results of EFT. Dan was the one who first taught it to me and

encouraged me to study it more. In my work with Dan, I found Dan to be

incredible gentle, intuitive, and compassionate. I enjoyed his presence

immensely and am delighted he is a resource for folks."

Hope this is useful.
